Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the app. By using or registering in the app, you agree to abide by all of the following terms:

1. Users:

• The app is intended for parents to register their child in the nursery and monitor their educational and administrative activities.

• Registration is in the parent's name only, except in cases of death or divorce, upon submission of official documents.

2. Account:

• Parents must provide accurate information when creating an account and update it if any changes occur.

• Any illegal use or incorrect data entry may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

3. Fees and Payments:

• All fees stipulated in the contract between the parent and the nursery must be paid on the specified dates.

• Reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Any delay in paying the tuition fee may result in the child being temporarily suspended from the nursery until the due amount is paid.

4. Withdrawal or Continued Absence:

• If the child withdraws or is continuously absent during the school year, the guardian is obligated to pay the full tuition fee in accordance with the terms of the contract signed upon enrolling the child in the nursery.

• The guardian must notify the administration in advance of any withdrawal or prolonged absence, as the nursery reserves the right to enforce the financial terms specified in the contract.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

5. Conduct and Responsibility:

• The guardian is committed to using the app in a respectful manner and not to insult any staff members via the app or during communication.

• The app is intended for official communication between the guardian and the nursery administration only.

• The child's repeated absence from the nursery may negatively impact their educational level and progress.

6. Privacy and Consents:

• Photos and videos taken of the child during educational activities may be used in newsletters and advertisements and are kept in the nursery's private files.

• The guardian chooses to consent or not to consent to this upon enrollment.

7. Modification of Terms:

• The application and nursery management reserve the right to modify the terms at any time, and users will be notified of any new updates.
